Marketing Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for local marketing execution of marketing programs and main point of contact for the recording and coordination of Business Stream specific marketing requirements and preparation of these requirements into usable briefings for the Business Stream Products in the Unites States
• Understands the specific local characteristics, goals, and the resulting needs of internal customers in the related Business Stream.
• Supports the BO M&C in the creation of the local marketing plan, incl. marketing budget for local aggregation.
• Manage local marketing budgets approved by the respective BO M&C.
• Advises internal customers on planning, implementation and commissioning of marketing campaigns and marketing activities.
• Responsible for the localizing and implementing of M&C campaigns with data-driven results.
• Deducts the Business Stream requirements into usable briefings for executing marketing functions.
• Consistently communicates the status of marketing campaigns and marketing activities to the stakeholders involved or local clients.
• Uses global marketing guidelines and tools to achieve the requested work result with maximum efficiency.
• Solution-oriented exchange with interface functions in the Business Stream, Corporate Marketing, the Center of Excellence, and international colleagues (incl. diverse backgrounds, languages and time zones).
• Enables the reuse of already implemented work results
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor and Master’s degree, preferable in Marketing.
• Native command in English (Writing and speaking).
• Working proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
• At least 5 years' B2B marketing with practical experience in the above fields and 1 year team management experience.
• Must be business-focused and have the ability to translate business goals to marketing and corporate communication strategies.
• Has strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Has ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably by having excellent inter-personal skills.
• Can work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.
• Has strong presentation and writing communications.
• Is detail-oriented, can manage multiple projects and responsibilities at one time.
