Marketing Communications Specialist

Our Client operates in the Oil and Energy industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Saudi Arabia. It has its branches spread to more than 50 countries, providing employment to more than 68,500 people all over the world. They fall under the Fortune 500 Companies. They are one of the world’s largest oil producers. They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.

Role Description:

• We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Digital Transformation (DT) department.
• The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for advocating for a service function for DT, to take the major topics identified by DT management (programs, initiatives, etc.) and develop messaging and content for these topics.
• Furthermore, the candidate will foster a culture of digital adoption within the organization and across our partner network.
• This will be achieved by leading impactful outreach programs and events, ultimately building a thriving DT community, driving awareness, engagement, and increased adoption of our digital solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product development teams to understand the value proposition of digital solutions.
• Craft compelling marketing materials and messaging to communicate the benefits of these solutions to corporate and targeted audiences.
• Lead and oversee all of the marketing efforts from creative to operations.
• Build Advocacy team’s expertise in disruptive technologies.
• Build DT community and mindset within organizations Increase Corporate digital solution adoption DT Advocacy works with organizations in internal/external events to showcase Company DT expertise in all the different domains.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing & Communication degree preferred) 10 years' work experience within a marketing department and at least 3 years in a management role.
• Good command of the English language, written and oral.
