Marketing Leader - EU

Responsibilities:

• Develop the market for products for the Europe Region .
• Network and get approvals from the utilities, consultants and transformer manufacturers for the make of products. 
• Ensure timely collections of the bills due.
• Ensure that the customer quotations are replied in 12 hours
• Prepare marketing yearly budget of sales , travel and exhibition purposes.
• overseeing and creating project plans to deliver marketing campaigns for a business or an organization
• They supervise a marketing team that is responsible for promoting products and services and establishes goals and initiatives to find new markets.

Requirements:

• Preferably based out of the Germany or Turkey and willing to travel throughout the Europe.
• Should have his own car.
• Europe Citizen or NRI who is operating from either Europe union or Turkey.
•  Experience in Transformer Marketing
• Knowledge of Transformer Industry, Candidates form the Paint Industry , Component Industry of transformer , coil winding , Tank fabricators , Radiators etc can also be acceptable.
• Good contacts in Europe utilities
•  The candidate should have experience in dealing with the Europe utilities, candidate will be responsible for getting Hitech approved in the local utilities as an approved supplier for radiators and tanks for the Europe utilities. 
• Candidate should have experience of working in the transformer industry and selling transformers to the utility industry. Should have a lot of connections with the utility companies the QA person. 
• Must build HT profile in the Europe market so good networking and PR skills
