About Pace
Started in 1995 by first-generation entrepreneurs from IIMA & FMS Delhi, PACE has

Responsibilities
Building the Pocketful’s brand from the ground up, creating and executing the
strategy to take Pocketful from 0 to 1, and then from 1 to infinity
Preparing overall Digital Marketing Strategy, Media Content strategy a social
media for major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & Twitter, and
developing an outreach strategy for influencer marketing
Directly work with top management & CEO to brainstorm and execute ideas to
drive product growth
Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and
maximize immediate and short-term/long-term ROI.
Build, lead, execute, and manage Adv. Networks, Performance Marketing
partners, Affiliates, and large networks.
Co-ordinate with PR and Digital Marketing agencies for timely and effective
deliverables
Experiment and lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining
objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Day-to-day management of online campaigns across channels including (but not
limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail,
podcasts, affiliate, videos, etc.
Lead overall site/app conversion rate optimization and develop and optimize
landing page strategy if required.
Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, networks, and
publishers
Devise and execute CRM strategy to maximize customer retention and user-
experience
Measure everything, champion metrics-driven analysis, and decision-making
throughout the organization
Use analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and
internal dashboards to understand our customers better and exploit those
insights in marketing campaigns
Requirements
Relevant experience of at least 5+ years, preferably in a digital marketing agency
Passionate about/Knowledge of Financial Markets
Past experience with a fin-tech company will be a bonus
Staying updated with social media trends, predicting news patterns, and timely
updates
Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground
up
Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM
cost models on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and content sites
Creativity to lead campaigns, define target audiences, and knowledge of
consumer behavior
Required to have a thorough understanding of various online and offline
marketing funnels
Very data-driven, Sensitivity to potential trade-offs between performance and
branding
An eye for great designs
Experience working with App-based clients and CRM & Analytics Tools
