Responsibilities:

• Ensure supply security of Direct Materials in line with requirements, demand and stock strategies.
• Review and update the supply plan proactively according to the changes in the requirements considering multiple scenarios to lead MRP Planners for mitigation actions.
• Provide clear communications with the stakeholders about the supply plan and manage & inform about the risks and potential actions.
• Manage cost effectively
• Fully comply with the procedures of the company and local & international legislations.
• Continuously assess processes and eliminate gaps to create efficiently working and winning organization.
• Monitor and manage the third party Business Services Provider (BSP) related activities in MRP process, manage BSP.
• Manage KPI performance regularly and lead MRP team for best performance.

Requirements:

Skills and Competencies:

• Min 4 years SC experience, preferably Material Planning.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent command of MS Office and SAP.
• Inventory Management.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Result oriented & problem solver.
• Manage uncertainty and take calculated risks without supervision need.
• Suitable candidate Required Agility skills.
• Business Acumen.
