Job Role:
- Executive Development & Compensation (ED&C) reports directly to the President & CEO, and is responsible for matters pertaining to development & compensation for Corporate, Executive & General Management level employees.
- The infrastructure of ED&C is two-fold; normal intranet connectivity (aka network) and isolated private network with zero connectivity.
- For the later, an entire domain is created with numerous servers, private workstations, virtual machines, NAS and other pertinent hardware as well as systems and software.
- The position specifically focuses on providing full management, support, and maintenance on this environment for business continuity.
- Oversee the organizations computer & database systems and maintain proper security.

Responsibilities:
- Auditing of system environment
- Creating and maintaining a security policies
- Flexible to learn new technologies
- Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, servers, Hyper-V virtual machines, routers and other physical hardware
- Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
- Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks
- Communicating networking issues to other employees and management, especially in training new users
- Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems
