Job description
Responsibilities:
- Conducts regular status meetings with global and local team
- Escalate operational issues to upper level or management if needed
- Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
- Managing office 365 identities and requirements’ 70-346 or enabling office 365 services 70-347
Requirements:
- Cross-cultural communication skills
- Should have expertise on M365 domain including Hybrid environments, migration Scenarios.
- SME level Knowledge and extensive hands on experience on Exchange Online, Skype for business Online, MS Teams, Share point online, One Drive and other M365 contents and over all office 365 Suite.
- Must have strong understanding for all mail records and their provisioning steps, must be familiar with public DNS records.
- Should have hands-on experience and good understanding of Cloud (AWS).
- Ready to take end-to-end responsibility for operations and to provide support as well as identifying and implementing continuous optimizations on M365 and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Improve service availability and performance by continuously fine-tuning the cloud environments
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supporting and managing multi-cloud and multi-regional IaaS/PaaS on Amazon AWS.
- Profound and in-depth understanding of Amazon AWS EC2, VPC, Elastic Load Balancers, Elastic Block Store, S3, Route53, CloudWatch, Network Peering etc.
