Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Keep the office running smoothly by managing daily operations and coordinating tasks.
  • Handle administrative duties like answering phones, organizing files, and managing schedules.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked, and equipment is maintained.
  • Oversee office cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Foster a positive and productive office environment.
  • Handle basic IT and technical issues or coordinate with IT support when needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee office renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors for renovation tasks, from planning to execution.
  • Contribute to the organization of various events, including employee engagement activities, celebrations, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and a positive impact on the workplace.

 

Requirements: 


  • Seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with a passion for fostering office engagement and a vibrant approach to daily responsibilities.
  • Qualification- Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience range 5- 10 years
