Job description
Responsibilities:
- New Account acquisition & new opportunity closure through partners.
- Driving new revenue growth through partners.
- Generating Steady stream of new pipeline thru partners & pipeline mgmt.
- Mapping & stakeholder relationship building across function lines in partner organization.
- Joint GTM designs with partner
- Joint events & mktg. activities with the partners.
- Building brand awareness within the partner organization.
- Facilitating, Anchoring, navigating, orchestrating, maneuvering & closing partner originated deals.
- Carrying number target.
- Relationship Management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams as well as partners as per the account/opportunity demand.
- Operate in close coordination with IL Regional/Global Partnership anchors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related field; master’s degree will be added advantage.
- At least 10-15 years’ relevant experience with partner/channel sales.
- Knowledge of Partnership Lifecycle Management, primarily account management, upselling and latter new businesses.
- Self-initiative, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, strong analytical and strategic mindset, problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and business partnership skills
- Good command in oral and written English.
