Planning and Performance Manager

Our Client operates in the Oil and Energy industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Saudi Arabia. It has its branches spread to more than 50 countries, providing employment to more than 68,500 people all over the world. They fall under the Fortune 500 Companies. They are one of the world’s largest oil producers. They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Managing Director, advising on corporate matters and crafting presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Drive the development of ATL key performance indicators (KPIs), while also monitoring, tracking, and reporting corporate and business unit performance.
• Facilitate the communication and dissemination of the company's strategic targets and plans, fostering alignment and understanding across all organisational levels.
• Provide strategic guidance and consultation on all aspects of talent management.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies.
• Coach managers on setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Analyse data to provide insights for performance improvement for employees.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts provide insights for cost optimization and revenue generation.
• Developing reports and presentations to the Board of directors. 

Requirements:

• Professional Experience Required.
• Bachelor’s degree is Business-related subject.
• Professional experience in similar roles.
• Proficient in developing presentations and presenting to senior management.
• Industry knowledge and understanding of trading commodity industry.
