Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer – Backgrind Mounting, Tape & Reel, FOUP Cleaner Process, Wafer Sorter, Lamination

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistent high-quality parts are produced
• Continuously seek for long term solutions to resolve chronic process and material issues to improve yield and quality
• Selection, evaluation and qualification efforts of new packaging materials and processes for process and quality improvements, risk management and cost reduction objectives.
• Work with cross-functional team to resolve internal/external quality issue.
• Implement corrective and preventive solutions. 
• Responsible on investigation of customer returns and implementation of corrective and preventative measures.
• Responsible to implement effective in-process control.
• Critical process parameters audit and ensure line compliances.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
