Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.

Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Develops & delivers Indonesia zone strategies for Medical Devices segment taking into account on competitive approaches and local market dynamics for technical and commercial inquiries by having regular direct engagement with Principals (Brand Owner).
  • Escalate each product specialist team’s activities and technician/service team also monitoring their progress.
  • Develops and manages regional collaboration and reference sites for the specific Medical Devices segment. Owns the relationship with KOL of their specialties in the Region.
  • Act as focal point for Sales team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.
  • Prepare go-to-market strategy of the respective Medical Devices portfolio, including, product positioning, e-catalogue activation, pricing, training, tender/pilot project support, adopting to market needs.
  • Work closely with appointed Channel Partners/Distributor for the Medical Devices product for product & marketing materials related
  • Provides comprehensive and continuous sales training and collects detailed competitive intelligence information for effective objection handling.
  • Delivers high quality customer presentations that support the Medical Devices value propositions
  • Works closely with the Clinical/Medical Marketing, BD and Education team to generate relevant clinical evidence and marketing programs for the segment.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university any discipline, majoring in management, marketing, pharmacy, medical doctor, or other related field with minimum of 3 - 5 years on Medical Devices sales, marketing, applications related.
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.
