The company serves various markets like legal, risk, compliance, accounting, finance, etc.
Responsibilities:
- You report to the head of product management and at the same time work closely with the development teams, especially the product owners of the teams involved
- Your focus is on the successful strategic further development of our product portfolio in the area of accounting (financial accounting, annual financial statements, asset accounting and controlling)
- In close coordination with the teams and the head of product management, you will develop and be responsible for the customer-centric product strategy for our software products, including pricing, product positioning, target group adequacy and the corresponding market approach, technical implementation, operation and customer care
- On the one hand, you rely on the corporate strategy, create analyzes of customer needs, the market and competition and, on the other hand, you use our expertise in the software and marketing teams
- You accompany the market launch and measure the success of the jointly developed business cases
Requirements:
- Ideally, a degree in business administration or comparable training with related professional experience
- Several years of experience with accounting solutions or in a comparable position, ideally experience with SaaS models
- Practical experience in the planning of complex product life cycles
- Sound business knowledge and understanding of IT and software development
- Assertiveness, persuasiveness and the ability to deal with conflict
- Conceptual thinking, strong analytical skills and high focus on results
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
