Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Product Owner, maximizing the value and usability of the digital product created by a cross-functional team.
- Represent stakeholders and collaborate with other leads to shape the product vision.
- Manage and maintain transparency in the product backlog, prioritizing requirements for future development.
- Be available to the development team, providing insights into customer needs and expectations.
- Facilitate effective product backlog management, ensuring visibility and understanding.
- Align the success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) of your product with the overall digital product group and portfolio strategy.
- Develop and communicate a clear product goal.
- Set sprint goals in accordance with the product goal and priorities, ensuring incremental value delivery.
- Identify and resolve dependencies, and manage risks and opportunities.
- Develop a digital product roadmap aligned with the digital product group and portfolio strategy.
- Contribute to the establishment and evolution of the team.
- Make informed decisions regarding the product and have the authority to approve or reject ideas.
- Utilize your project experience and agility to work and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Enhance the customer journey for various channels, such as brick-and-mortar and face-to-face interactions, through digital product flow improvements.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating a product vision and roadmap that align with the overall vision.
- Defining objectives, identifying value, and measuring output.
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Ensuring user stories are ready for development, including proper acceptance criteria.
- Collaborating closely with the development team, ensuring the right customer problems are solved.
- Planning product releases in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Developing personas in collaboration with user experience experts.
- Identifying customer needs and defining features to meet those needs.
- Advocating on behalf of partners to the development team.
- Prioritizing defect or bug resolution.
- Minimizing risks and addressing technical debt.
- Understanding business needs and translating them into IT requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial and business understanding of relevant channels (BR, IR, IP, F2F Coaches).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a product owner or in channel business owner positions (BR, IR, IP, F2F Coaches).
- Solid knowledge and experience in implementing or managing digital products and product teams.
- Previous experience in digital services supporting electronic goods.
- Familiarity with databases and cloud solutions (e.g).
