Job description
Responsibilities:
- Driving the team in meeting customer and product quality expectations and requirement
- Leading, coaching and mentoring of Quality Engineers
- Interfacing with customer on quality related topics
- Development of Quality Improvement Strategies and Targets
- Driving Product and Quality performance improvement
- Continual Improvement on Quality Process
- Leading customer audit
- Maintaining high standard of 8D reports
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in engineering field
- Overall industry experience 10+ years
- At least 5 years of work experience as Quality Manager
- Strong leadership and analytical skill
- Strong communication and presentation skill
