Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Landlords, developers, Development department and establish project design parameters.
• Prepare Preliminary Site Survey with detailed project construction and design requirements and constraints.
• Liaise with Design Team during the Project design stage.
• Prepared detailed B.O.Q. and invite Tenders.
• Attend Tender meetings and award Tenders.
• Liaise with contractors or outside consultants and obtain building permits.
• Prepare Construction Program and timeline.
• Start construction and follow up with requisite site visits.
• Approved Materials for Contractors based on Contracts, B.O.Q. specification.
• Liaise with Design team (Project Architect) and ensure project is executed as per Design parameters.
• Prepare signage, furniture, and all other owner provided packages by liaising with approved Sub-contractor.
• Assess Interim payments and prepare Final.
• Payment and additional/variation work.
• Complete Construction and hand-over.
• Prepare Snag list and complete snags.
• Follow-up maintenance period snags and complaints and thereafter release retention money on successful completion.

Requirements:

• BE Civil or Architecture from reputed University.
• Minimum 5 years Field Experience with Contractors of repute.
• Language Fluent in English (Oral & Written). Arabic is distinct advantage.
• IT Skills – MS Office, Power Point, Project Planning.
• Initiative: Self-motivated, result Oriented and Team Player.
