Project Manager- IT Infrastructure

Role Description:

Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager IT Infra makes sure that shared infrastructure is managed throughout the lifecycle.
• From design, build, maintain, update and fade out. Security policies are being translated into practice in collaboration with the CISO, implemented and monitored.
• The role includes participation in design authorities to make sure we build together a safe and working environment. 
• You make the standards for the infrastructure and global services, keep them up to date and improve based on feedback from the persons who work with those standards.
• You daily manage the partners who are responsible for the day to day operations of our Infrastructure. We are mainly working with Microsoft products/OS, but we have also other brands (Linux), you contribute with your knowledge to manage those environments with help of our partners.
• You gain quickly knowledge about new product launch from vendors (like Microsoft) and come with plans how we can make use of those.
• All with keeping it secure in mind, that is the foundation of all we do. During (P1) incidents you keep calm and you help in isolating the problem very structured.
• You are willing to adhere to the change processes in place and contribute to improve those processes. The Project Manager IT Infra reports to the Service Delivery Director who in his turn reports to the CIO.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Applied Computer Science.
• 5-10 years of experience in similar role in an international organization.
• Deep knowledge about:
• O365/Azure, Identity management, Windows, MS products, AD, AAD, SSO, MFA and all other global infrastructure basic needs to run a global organization.
• MS licensing model
• Security
• Multi Cloud: Azure, AWS, Google 
• Intune - MDM/MAM
• Experienced in designing and maintaining complex infrastructure services in hybrid setup with focus on security.
• Experienced in working with 3rd parties who are managing day to day the environment (multi- cloud / on-prem / saas).
• Experienced with working in an Agile way
• Powerfull in adminstration, eye for details and work very structured.
• Proven project management skills and experienced with Agile and working together with DEV teams
• Don't give up mentality and good in research and troubleshooting.
• Excellent command of the English and Dutch language, both in speech as well as in writing.
