Regional Integrated Planning Lead

My client is an American multinational food manufacturing company headquartered in United States. 

Role Description:

• Grow with us in the role of Regional Integrated based in Cairo. 
• As Integrated Planner, you will lead the end-to-end planning of the entire portfolio for a select number of markets within the overall region from a demand, supply, initiative, and S&OP perspective.
• You will also be responsible to provide the commercial and finance teams with the right visibility of forecasts, opportunities, and risks so that the business can make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Owns the demand planning process, ensuring that it happens on a timely basis and all parties are compliant with the process.
• Partner with the commercial teams to understand and drive key requirements along with timely visibility of opportunities and risks enabling timely decisions.
• Lead the end-to-end planning of the portfolio across a select number of markets including demand, supply and initiatives planning.
• Working with distributors, commercial teams, and sourcing networks to drive improvements in supply for a select number of distributors (markets).
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the distributors from a planning point of view.
• Responsible for delivering orders on time, forecast accuracy, OTIF and KSOP KPIs.
• Responsible for delivery of all initiatives for the select number of markets from a supply chain point of view via close coordination with commercial teams.
• Ensuring no distributor is OOS or carrying high inventory to avoid shelf-life liquidation and/or expiries.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience and knowledge in demand planning, supply planning and S&OP.
• Skilled communicator with experience in flexing style to influence and communicate effectively both internally and externally, while considering different cultures and languages.
• In-depth understanding of regional roles, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Ability to assimilate multiple sources of data and deliver insight and recommendations.
• Proficiency in SAP/Oracle
• Fluent in English.
• Food industry experience is preferred.
• FMCG experience is preferred.
