Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Implement the medical visit team strategy at the regional level, managing and motivating a team of medical representatives.
  • Organize, coordinate, and guide the professional development of medical representatives, including continuous assessment of scientific, product, and regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in communication technique and tools (Veeva/CRM/CLM platform).
  • Monitor and drive team action plans to maximize revenue and market share in the East region.
  • Develop and nurture local medical partnerships, identifying and building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Coordinate the organization of, and participation in, relevant congresses and symposia.
  • Translate brand strategy into effective regional plans, analyzing sales performance and identifying key opportunities for growth.
  • Keep management informed of market trends, competitor activities, and other relevant insights.
  • Ensure the successful execution of marketing and commercial tactics by developing territory plans (Plan of Actions) with team members.
  • Manage budgets strategically, allocating resources efficiently to meet plan objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate field force metrics and standards to maximize sales force effectiveness.
  • Build a high-performing team by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, coaching, and motivating medical representatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and capability assessments, fostering individual and team development within the our client performance framework.
  • Lead district sales meetings and provide support during external key customer visits.
  • Identify, implement, and share best practices to encourage continuous improvement and innovation.


Requirements:


  • Pharmacist Degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the KSA healthcare market, with at least 2 years of demonstrated success in sales management.
  • Prior experience as a First-Line Manager (FLM) in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience leading and managing high-performing teams is required.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to consistently meet and exceed targets and objectives.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA healthcare landscape, with experience in dermatology preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven approach to analysis and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
