Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.

Job description

Responsibilities:


Project Management 


  • Work with Regional Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation and completion of the projects within the organization.
  • Support Regional Project Manager to monitor progress and follow up on items for projects and launch timeline. 
  • Reminding countries teams on the relevant projects’ submission.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Evaluate project progress and performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
  • Gather, analyse, interpret external and internal data and write reports.


Regional events management:


  • Plan, organize and execute various regional events.
  • Coordinate all logistic aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management and budgeting.
  • Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to legal & Compliance rules and guidelines.


Requirements:


Business Skill:


  • Proficient PC skills including project management software, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project management skill
  • Good analytical skills with ability to analyse data.
  • Problem solving skills that are able to identify issues and implement solutions to keep project on track.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical business would be an advantage.


Qualification:


  • Degree in any relevant discipline preferably with business administration preferable MBA or relevant field 


Work Experience:


  • Preferably pharmaceutical marketing or project management background.
  • Experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
