Regional Rewards Manager

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Regional Rewards expert, ensuring the company's competitiveness in the countries/region by closely monitoring and educating leadership on market trends and practices
• Collaborate closely with local and global HR and business teams, to ensure local programs are aligned with the global rewards strategy and objectives while allowing for the appropriate amount of customization to meet the local talent needs
• Accountable for the successful implementation of all Rewards initiatives, programs and processes
• Educate, mentor and train HR staff on processes and practices within Rewards processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• Individual contributor at a Specialist Professional level
• Recognized subject matter expert with multiple countries’ rewards experience
• Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager
• Coaching and reviewing rewards recommendation from local HR teams
• Preferably with minimum 6 years of Rewards experience, including regional rewards
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
