Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
- Perform engineering studies and Identifying the reliability programs, tasks, initiatives and/or studies that are applicable to the facility
- Monitor the reliability performance of the organization through reliability KPIs, and identify lower level KPIs that are applicable to the processes of the facility
- Provide recommendations for bridging gaps identified both by the KPIs and by other means of assessments and provide technical support with regards to their implementation Calculate MTBFs for all equipment, Research failure data, implement and improve equipment reliability, predict equipment failures based on MTBF, vibration trend analysis, and Oil Condition Monitoring data, Introduce new technology.
- Review Engineering Request/Design packages for any machinery modifications or upgrade.
- Establish the level of risk for equipment failure with Maintenance Foreman and Area Maintenance Engineer as well as with the rest of OME team using a Risk Analysis program or Enterprise Asset Performance Management and Evaluate Reliability and innovation ideas pertaining to machinery equipment.

Requirements:
- As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
- An advanced degree is preferred in Reliability Engineering.
- You will have no less than 8 years of experience in Reliability Engineering including at least four years in Rotating Equipment or Valve Specialty.
