Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Executes RGM deployment and embedment in the local organization
  • Creates value with quantifiable P&L impact by activating RGM levers across all brands / channels / categories / customers
  • Co-create action plans with brand and commercial team by reviewing Sales Growth Analysis reports
  • Combines both internal & external financial and nonfinancial data
  • Drives the implementation of the current RGM initiatives to realize Incremental Turnover and Gross Profit
  • Develops strong understanding of retailers’ dynamics, value drivers and consumers
  • Maintains average consumer prices, and packs price architecture [Category, Product, Channel & Customer Mix Management, and Promotional Schemes (Retail Selling Story, Trading Terms Management, and ROI per brand, account, pack type)]
  • Builds upscale team on RGM priorities to grow business, and understand overall RGM methodology
  • Reinforces RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts, and senior management
  • Contribute to RGM capabilities building (e.g. share best practices); enabling the team with data, insights and dashboards to simplify ways of working 


Requirements:


  • A graduate with a degree in Business Management, Finance, Commerce or equivalent;
  • Has at least 10 years work experience in Commercial or Finance
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in coaching & developing talent
  • Good project management skills and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and operate independently with ambiguity
  • A true Team Player
  • A solid networker that builds strong relationships with employees and stakeholders across the organisational hierarchies
  • A challenger who questions the status quo and pushes teams to achieve objectives
  • Process-driven and with excellent influencing skills to on board stakeholders on prioritized key topics
  • Practical and someone having a methodical approach to problem-solving
