Job description

Role Description:


  • Administration of specific sales software at regional level, maintenance and updating of information for each region / county in order to ensure compliance with market reality, in order to provide optimal support in sales management;
  • Performing sales analyzes and related activities for specific sales channels;
  • Efficient management of internal documents and systems;
  • Ensuring the collection, processing and observance of the internal data flow at all levels in view of route to market information (routes, market information – distributors, customers, etc.).


Responsibilities:


  • Administration of sales software - SEM, ODIS, QlikSense, Power BI or any other IT system provided by our client.
  • Manages the flow of information between the company and the sales force through the managed systems, in order to ensure data fidelity and the smooth running of the activity;
  • Prepares periodically and upon request, reports and analyzes from managed systems (SEM, Heicore, ODIS, QlikSense, Power BI) for specific sales channels, as well as for all sales activity;
  • Ensures the collection and centralization of various information in the territory (eg list of SR Distributors – DSR);
  • Collaborates with national administrators of managed systems;
  • Processes existing information from SEM (or any other sales force interface system that provides): modify, respectively create new customers / locations, according to the methodology;
  • Communicates to the administrator of information systems newly appeared information or those for which it does not have rights to create/modify: newly hired agents, new questions in questionnaires, new reports, etc.
  • Ensures the integrity and accuracy of data in SEM and ODIS systems according to the operating flow in the two systems or any interface systems provides.


Making sales reports / analyzes:


  • Assessment on request of the achievement of distributors' objectives;
  • Prepares periodically and upon request presentations, reports and analyzes of indicators monitored in the territory (eg display, forward stock, presence, national and regional promotions) and other sales force activities (making routes) for specific sales channels, as well as for all sales activity;
  • It has the obligation to know, in all aspects, the company's products, to acquire and permanently update the knowledge / information of any kind related to them (features, advantages, benefits, contractual conditions, promotions, etc.).
  • Collecting, processing and respecting data flow and managing internal events:
  • Management, upon request, of distribution contracts and related annexes;
  • "Cleaning" data for accuracy and quality helps achieve accurate analytics that contribute to better, more informed and safer business decisions;
  • Ensure a clean database that helps target appropriate promotional plans on the right type of channel that contributes to business decision-making;
  • Proposes solutions to improve the way of working regarding the data in the database;
  • Testing and validation for system changes/improvements;
  • Responsible for transmitting reports on time and to authorized persons;
  • Collaborates with operational teams in other departments to increase communication efficiency and alignment between departments "cross-functional alignment";
  • Provides support in defining strategies and reports for creating routes for sales agents on all sales channels (TT and KA) of our client Romania (reports, folders, analyzes, presentations).


Requirements:


  • Completed higher education.
  • Experience: 2 years in similar activities.
  • Knowledge of analysis and interpretation of statistical data.
  • Good knowledge of English both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of PC operation (MS Office).
  • Good knowledge of Power BI operation.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Analysis and synthesis skills (ability to perform complex analysis and interpret data).
  • Presentation skills.
  • Good communication skills.
