The Sales Director will lead the Enterprise Corporate Performance Management business within North America, driving a distributed team of experienced sales professionals to meet/beat financial objectives. The role will be responsible and accountable for building an effective sales deployment strategy, executing, and achieving annual sales targets/quotas, and leading/building a high performing team. As player/coach for the team, the Sales Director will be expected to convey knowledge and credibility in their interactions with prospects.
