Reporting to the Regional Manager and liaising with the General Manager, the Sales Manager will be responsible for rolling out new product ranges and upgrading existing installations as well as leading a small team of Sales Engineers within the region.
Commercial:
· Coordinate and optimize the Regional Office/Market activities;
· Develop and monitor client portfolio of the profit center;
· Develop and propose a development strategy in line with national and group strategy;
· Analyze the socio-economic and competitive environment to best target commercial actions;
· Support Sales Engineers in the field;
Management:
· Monitor achievement of team and individual objectives;
· Manage the sales team;
· Manage the technical team with the help of the Technical Service Manager;
· Lead office meetings;
· Inform, coordinate, control, recruit teams;
- 10 years’ experience within Sales
- 3 years’ experience in Sales Leadership
