Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets month on month
- Implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- To develop strong relations with HCPs mainly Gynecologist, Consulting Physicians, General Physicians
- Lead the team in North & West Zone comprising of 60 Frontliners, 14 First Line Managers and 3 Second Line Managers.
- Monitor & review individual and team performance, providing actionable insights and feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with sales goals.
- Increase conversion rates by improving the sales process and providing ongoing training to the team.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Stay Informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Excellent relations with HCPs-Gynaecologist, CPs & GPs
- Geographical exposure to North & West Zone
Minimum Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 12 years in a managerial role at various levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
