Job description
Responsibilities:
- This role will lead and guide the sales team in order to meet strategic targets by setting sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training and sales territories and mentor the members of the team.
- The Sales Manager – New Equipment Business at our client focuses on creating customer trust, value and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understands how to partner and collaborate with the business.
- We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result driven and has a strong commercial acumen.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales Management with min. 5 years of experience in managing a team.
- Technical background in the construction, heavy machinery or manufacturing, experience in the elevator/escalator industry is preferred
- Experience on CRM tools and MS Office is a must.
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to draw conclusions and identify patterns.
- Ability to bring people together and to be able to lead by example.
- Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus.
- Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- The role is open for Saudi and non Saudi nationals who are already inside Saudi or willing to relocate to Saudi.
- Should be a Muslim as Makkah and Madinah will be under their scope
- Flexible to travel across Saudi as per the business need.
