Job description
Responsibilities:
- In this varied position, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customers as well as acquiring new customers in our target markets of tax consulting/SMEs.
- By specifically identifying customer needs, you will ensure that productivity and profitability of customers are increased.
- In close cooperation with our consulting team, you will motivate our customers to continuously develop their processes.
- After the migration has been completed, you will take over the further support and advice of our customers.
- Thanks to regular and close contact with customers, you will develop an understanding of their individual needs and be able to offer further suitable solutions in a targeted manner.
- When our software is updated, you will analyze the existing customer base and identify upsell potential.
Requirements:
- After completing a business administration degree or commercial training (e.g. as a tax clerk), you already have several years of experience in a comparable job in the software or a related industry.
- You enjoy working intensively and long-term with customers, are loyal and know how to build sustainable and reliable business relationships.
- You are familiar with social media channels and know how to use the networks profitably.
- You love to communicate and enjoy being with your customers and prospects on site.
- As a good team player (m/f/d) with a high sense of responsibility, you will nevertheless work independently and proceed methodically and pragmatically.
