Job description

Role Description:


  • As our Sales Support Specialist, you are an addition to the sales team. You excel in maintaining customer satisfaction, accurate order processing and optimal service of our customers.
  • You take care of the work together with the team at the Gorinchem location, the Netherlands and report to the Customer Service Team Lead. 
  • The Customer Service Team is very diverse and consists of 6 other Sales Support Specialists. 
  • The team is responsible for customers in the Central & Northern Europe region. .


Responsibilities:


  • Developing relationships with our customers in collaboration with the Sales Managers
  • Providing our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience.
  • Assume a proactive sales support role by discussing forecasts and deliveries from existing customers
  • Analyzing order patterns, proposing improvements and signaling deviations
  • Handling complaints and incidents including progress monitoring and follow-up
  • Order processing, credit checks, timely and correct invoicing.
  • Updating pricing information
  • Maintain customer base


Requirements:


  • We are looking for a proactive commercial Sales Support Specialist who can act as a back-up for the French customers and who strives for optimal customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Passion for building and maintaining customer relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Minimum MBO 4 or HBO diploma with a commercial background
  • Experience in a customer facing role in a B2B environment
  • Speaks fluent French at a professional level
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications including; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with SAP is recommended.
  • The ability to multitask and collaborate across various departments within our client.
  • Strong commercial and social skills
  • Possibility to work from our Gorinchem location
