- In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing leads for both new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the field sales team.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for our customers, you will effectively manage communication between our regional clients and the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and qualify incoming leads for larger projects, facilitating the handover to the field sales team.
- Serve as a reliable and knowledgeable liaison between our regional customers and the sales team.
- Assist in the creation of offers and order processing, maintaining accurate customer databases and personal contacts, and ensuring smooth handover to the back office.
- Coordinate and organize events for potential and existing clients, as well as manage complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle tasks such as processing and distributing mail, managing cash transactions, and generating reports.
- Take responsibility for maintaining a well-presented office environment and act as a point of contact for facilities management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role and a successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and experience working with an ERP system.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
