  • We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. 
  • In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing leads for both new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the field sales team. 
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for our customers, you will effectively manage communication between our regional clients and the sales team.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and qualify incoming leads for larger projects, facilitating the handover to the field sales team.
  • Serve as a reliable and knowledgeable liaison between our regional customers and the sales team.
  • Assist in the creation of offers and order processing, maintaining accurate customer databases and personal contacts, and ensuring smooth handover to the back office.
  • Coordinate and organize events for potential and existing clients, as well as manage complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle tasks such as processing and distributing mail, managing cash transactions, and generating reports.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining a well-presented office environment and act as a point of contact for facilities management.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role and a successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and experience working with an ERP system.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
