SAP Consultant - P2P

Responsibilities:

• Drive business discussions, providing direction and assume full responsibility for projects.
• The candidate must be able to take leadership in the technical and functional analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and daily support.
• Technical experience including debugging, SAP tables, OSS note application, testing, and coordination with developers is required.
• Track record of supporting systems with global implementations
• Coordinate with all stake holders to drive end to end solutions, bring value delivery, provide day to day support/trouble shooting issues
• Lead business discussions to collect the requirements, prepare business documentation, design, configure, test solutions
• Ensure that P2P processes comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Implement controls to mitigate risks related to fraud, data security, and compliance breaches.
• Manage P2P implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Requirements:

• 16 years educations Is mandatory-
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Procure to Pay  
• Global implementations across multiple geographies 
• Excellent business communication, drives the business calls.
• The candidate must be able to demonstrate skills in: Leadership, Communication and Adaptability.
• Hands on experience in SAP system 
• Experience using SAP ECC & SAP S/4 HANA systems, with a focus on Master Data governance / support in Materials Management area. 
• Solid experience in SAP Procure to Pay process 
• Basic understanding of ARIBA, EWM & IBP
• Hands on Experience in end-to-end implementation, Support, data migration and roll out of projects in all phases of design, implementation, and testing.
• Experience in Data Migration/Cutover activities such as master & transaction data.
• Must have Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestiture projects experience 
• Able to handle all modules of P2P along with cross functional touch points 
• ABAP Debugging knowledge is added advantage  
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Proactively identify areas for process improvements.  
• Provide subject matter expertise with SAP best practices 
• P2P Data Migration/Cutover activities of Master & Transaction Data
• P2P/FICO and other Cross functional integrations. For example integration with KYRIBA 
• Flexible with working in shifts per business demand & overtime .
