Job description

Responsibilities:


System Development and Implementation:


  • Design, develop, and implement SAP HR solutions, focusing on OM, PA, Time Management, and TEM modules.
  • Customize SAP HR modules to meet business requirements and optimize HR processes.


Integration:


  • Integrate SAP HR with SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP HR and other enterprise dsystems.


Support and Maintenance:


  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HR modules.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and compliance with HR regulations.


Collaboration and Consultation:


  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP HR solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and manage vendor developers.


Code Review:


  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for code optimization and refactoring.


Project Management:


  • Manage SAP HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as single point of contact for all HR developers.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide regular updates.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [8] years of experience in SAP HR development, including OM, PA, Time Management, and TEM modules.
  • Proven experience with integrating SAP HR with SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR ABAP programming and SAP HR configuration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Certification in SAP HR or related modules.
  • Experience in industries such as Manpower, Security.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
