Job Role:


Main Purpose


  • The primary objective of the role will be to ensure that the client has a clearly articulated sales growth and to deliver the desired financial outputs.
  • Ensure customer base is well managed and profitable, in line with Company sales and Marketing objectives.
  • To develop and execute product sales strategy for responsible markets.

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure accomplishment of overall revenue profit targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the institutional sales landscape by tapping into newer accounts Identifying gaps & ways to bridge these gaps.
  • Manage customer relationships to maintain / increase the existing SOB (share of business).
  • Report all data through prescribed tools and technology within defined timeline.
  • Support Network expansion, Appointment & Activation initiatives.
  • Discover sales opportunities through expanding reach.
  • Visiting Projects on a regular basis and Have firm grip on the territory through working on assigned areas.
  • Be the point of contact for solving all trade related issues and escalating, wherever needed.
  • Track and monitor customer satisfaction and maintain constant touch with key accounts to effectively service new and current needs
  • Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor’s activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning of sales & marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers as per approved business plan


Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, prefer Master Degree
  • Six (6) plus year’s professional experience in in Plastics & allied industry (Building Material Companies).
  • Ability to speak Local Language is required. 
  • Knowledge of English language will be desirable
  • Handling of Private Projects, Consultants and Architects
  • Problem-solving skills and Analytical Thinking
  • Strong execution and deadline focus
  • Good judgement and decision making
  • Strong desire to win
  • Highly motivated self-starter Team player
  • Experience with the implementation of new business development and market development initiatives that lead to profitable growth for Private Projects.
