Senior Electrical Engineer, Facilities

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Facilities System Engineering (HT/LT System, Transformer, Generator, UPS, MSB, DB / Sub-DB, VSD, Motors, lightings, Utilities report, etc.)
• Develop, maintain, and review operational & maintenance procedure and ensure facilities equipment operate in optimum level (efficiency, healthy, safe, etc.) together with Plant Facilities.
• Review predictive and preventive maintenance of the system for continuous improvement together with Operation & Maintenance.
• Responsible for energy management and energy saving program.
• Evaluate and review system operation/design to reduce cost and improve system reliability.
• Responsibility to manage and guide contractor/vendor in fulfilling of all electrical system work activities.
• Interface with Engineering, Operation, EHS for equipment, preventative/correction maintenance program and projects and compliance with various regulatory procedures.
• Ensure good documentation (hardcopy and softcopy) of facilities system.
• Facilities aspect impact, FMEA, SDS, risk assessment, control plan
• Ensure all systems are constructed according to the material specifications.
• Ensure all system testing are according to specifications.
• Capacity Management
• Facilities System Electrical Capacity Review
• Facilities System Electrical Drawing Management
• Facilities System Electrical Improvement Plan
• Responsible for Facilities Electrical System Training:
• Develop and maintain facilities system training material.
• Conduct facilities Electrical system training.
• Develop and review maintenance contract to ensure adequate maintenance suit to facilities Electrical system. 
• Responsible for Facilities Electrical Asset Management
• Work Order Support
• Facilities Projects Support – Infrastructure/Clean room/Facilities System (Upgrade, Expansion, Modification, Retrofit, Improvement, Robustness, Energy Saving, etc.)
• Feasibilities Studies and Technical Review for Projects
• Project Specification Preparation
• Project Execution/ buy-off
• Facilities Expansion Plan
• Manufacturing Support
• Plan and execute Facilities POU Readiness for Equipment hookup.
• In charge of Equipment hookup
• Work with Equipment, Process Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, EHS, etc. on operation issue/expansion projects/improvement projects/etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in high volume manufacturing of electronics components in an MNC or semi-con industry.
• Direct working experience in wafer fab facilities will be added advantage.
• Possess strong technical competencies in his field of study.
• Able to work under pressure and with strong commitment at work.
• Experience with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel, and Word.
