Role Description:
- Our corporate webcasting client, based in Capelle aan den IJssel, is in search of an enthusiastic and motivated (Senior) Event Manager to join their team.
- They specialize in offering high-end webcast and webinar solutions to over 700 corporate and local government clients, utilizing cutting-edge technology and providing customized formats to meet their clients' specific needs.
- These formats include video or audio webcasts on location, conference call webcasts, highly interactive professional studio webcasts, and self-service webinar licenses.
- As a successful Event Manager, you will play a vital role in our client's organization by directly contributing to the success of their clients' webinars and webcasts. Many of their clients are new to the world of webinars, and you will guide them through the entire process, making them feel at ease.
Responsibilities:
- You will step in immediately after the sale is closed.
- Guide clients through the entire operational and logistical process.
- Share valuable tips and tricks with clients to help them succeed.
- Collaborate with C-level executives on some projects.
- Coordinate the technical crew, including the director, producer, and support team, as well as other suppliers.
- Identify new market developments to ensure our corporate webcasting client's offerings remain future-proof for their clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our corporate webcasting client's customers.
- Maintain a commercial and customer-centric attitude.
Your Profile:
- As a successful Event Manager, you must be adept at juggling multiple tasks and maintaining a clear overview while striving for the best possible results with clients.
- You should be client-focused, creative, and a strong team player.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of project management experience, with a background in streaming video/online video, audio-visual industry, TV broadcast, or video conferencing being a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects.
- A team player with resilience.
- Proactive, results-driven, and flexible.
- A proven track record of managing projects to exceed customer expectations.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English
- Willingness to work varying shifts (morning, afternoon, evening).
- Openness to travel within the Netherlands and Europe (5%).
- A desire for personal and company growth.
