Senior Financial Analyst – Controlling (OC/ITSC)

Responsibilities:

• Provide back-office support for PMP OC and ITSC service fees calculations during regular budget cycles and year-end in compliance with the Arm’s-Length Standard and in line with costing models, service agreements, Tax and Swiss Controlling guidelines,
• Prepare and execute transmission of calculated service fees income to GMRB,
• Issue respective service fee instructions to Intercompany Department,
• Assist with the annual update of appendices to PMP OC Service Agreements.
• Prepare business variances analysis required reports based on the instructions from Swiss Controlling Team,
• Assist with the reports and backups preparation to support local tax audits.
• Act as strong link between various internal stakeholders: affiliates, local tax teams and Controlling teams,
• Promote continuous re-evaluation of current processes aimed at efficiency improvements and elimination of redundant tasks.

Requirements:

• University graduates with a degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the relevant Finance area of an international or an auditing company
• Experience in controlling, record to report, or tax
• Proficiency in financial systems as G-Suite, SAP, Tagetik as well as in Excel and Excel-based tools
• A candidate with high-level of analytical thinking, ability to tackle problems in a fast-paced environment and keen on learning and facing new challenges
• A great communicator with perspective thinking, able to present subjects in the clear and adopted to the audience format
• Keen on working with senior stakeholders and external auditors
• A fluent English speaker (oral and written)
• A results-oriented person with great interpersonal and communication skills
