Senior Software Engineer Full Stack

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Spring/JAVA based applications in Workbench/IOI.
• Develop J2EE and Node JS micro-services required for the Sales Trading Workbench.
• Develop Angular 4+ sales trading front-end applications as part of the Workbench.
• Ensure full compliance to all and required training and regulatory requirements for you and your team.

Requirements:

• 6-12 years of experience in software development.
• Strong Core Java (J2SE) skills.
• Practical experience of using Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, OOPS etc.
• Practical experience of using Web development framework such as Angular 8, Node JS, Mongo DB.
• Practical experience of building web applications with user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability.
• Strong team player with a non-political mindset.
• Passionate willingness to self-learn new technologies and best practices.
• Some familiarity with agile development artifacts, best practices, and techniques.
• Some experience of using Java 8 streams and lambda expressions a serious advantage.
• Strong familiarity with the spring (Boot) framework.
• Some experience in using GIT for source control, maven as a build tool, and Bamboo for CI.
• Some experience with Oracle DB.
• Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related area
