Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with respective markets (among Europe) to gather business requirements, create functional designs, map customer journeys, configure Marketing Cloud, conduct testing, provide training, and define support procedures.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with other platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Automate processes using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and SQL queries.
  • Act as a digital expert actively contributing to the key business decisions for short and long-term strategies in the responsibility area.
  • Support team with guidance, deep expertise & business acumen to reach operational excellence.


Requirements:


  • Hold a university degree preferably (but not limited to) business, computer science or other technical education.
  • Experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (1-3 years).
  • Experience on integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems using API (e.g. 3rd party applications, Local SMS provider, social messaging platforms)
  • Contribute to campaign analysis by monitoring key metrics and performance indicators. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Advanced segmentation, reporting and analytics, and data configuration capabilities.
  • Experienced in Digital Marketing Campaigns.
  • Easily finding a common language with business users and a technical team.
  • Ability to create complex customer/consumer journeys.
  • Data segmentation and targeting.
  • Holding relevant certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer experience will be a great asset (experienced with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, REST/SOAP API).
  • Communicating in English at a minimum B2 level is a must; communicating in German is a plus, but not required.
