Job description
Job Summary:
- Service Engineer operates as the technical and application expert during all pre-sales activities with identified target customers or markets within a defined geographic region.
- You’ll partner with our sales team to work closely with new and existing customers to develop solutions.
- This position reports directly to the Senior Service Engineer and will work from Singapore office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day technical support for Industrial and Enterprise Cabling solutions.
- Serve as a point of contact for response and resolution of technical queries.
- Provide product information and propose bill of materials for tender quotations.
- Conduct hands on proof-of-concept demonstrations, certification training and presentation to customers
- Assist the sales team by working closely with pre-sales team based out of the plant to provide professional and efficient technical support
- Constantly review competitor’s products for their pros & cons, liaise with sales team on latest development on products.
Requirements:
- Education – Degree/Diploma in engineering disciplines, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
