Solutions Director(South East Asia)

Our client is a boutique executive search and strategic human resources consulting firm that focuses on creating the ideal fit between corporations and executive talent.

Founded in 2008, the firm has offices in Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Houston, TX, and Cambridge, UK.

They work with clients across various sectors, including life sciences, consumer goods, industrial, and technology.

The firm offers services in executive search and selection, executive coaching, consulting, and training.

Responsibilities: 

• Update and prepare external documents for the company's global offices, including product manuals and solutions, and deliver keynote speeches at relevant conferences 
• Prepare project proposals, project solutions, feasibility reports, and preliminary drawings 
• Provide pre-sales technical support as per project demands, including technical exchanges, solution demonstrations, and demand surveys 
• Develop technical documents for project bidding and participate in clarifying and problem-solving during bidding 
• Handle negotiation, drafting, and review of technical agreements in project contracts 
• Conduct technical liaison with owners, design institutes, suppliers, and other related parties, breaking down customer technical requirements for client departments to ensure efficient project execution 
• Analyze and define future product demands and take part in assessing key R&D projects 
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to our sales team/customers/channel partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Power Systems, or a related field 
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure 
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a cheerful disposition and a strong team spirit 
• Skilled in Office, AutoCad, and other relevant software 
• Highly preferred: Experience in renewable energy sectors such as photovoltaics, wind power, energy storage, or lithium battery industries, or related power electronics fields 
• Prior experience in energy storage and lithium battery industries, power grid enterprises, or renewable energy-related consulting and design institutions is a plus 
• Knowledge of the composition and solutions of energy storage systems and the technical architecture of lithium batteries, BMS, PCS, and EMS is favored 
• Experience in energy storage system integration and battery storage projects is highly valued
