Sr. Executive_Project Engineer

Our client is an integral part of the growth of Flexible packaging industry in South Asia. They create customized and innovative flexible packaging solutions - Milk Film Pouch, Easy Peel Lid Film, Laminates, Shrink and Stretch LD Film and Labels (Shrink and Wrap Around Labels) - across industries ranging from Dairy, Food & Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Personal & Home care, Health & Beauty and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. 
• Developing project schedule according to project requirement, Execution, Monitoring and reporting progress of projects and ensure successful completion on time and without compromising quality and budget.
• BAR Bending schedule (BBS ), Checking and Verifying contractors bill ( Civil , MEP , PEB )
• Ensure quality control of all project work for Civil,PEB, Mechanical, Electrical/Fire & Safety etc.
• Coordinate resources and materials for projects. 
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues .
• Work with stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Participate in project reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• BE/B TECH, Diploma ( Civil, Electrical, Projects )
• 5-10 years experience
• Project Engineers should have a high level of construction technical knowledge and be able to use create detailed designs and plans. including engineering principles, construction materials, and building codes.
• Project Management: Project engineers must be able to plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish. They must be able to coordinate and monitor the progress of a project and ensure completion within budget and on schedule.
• Project engineers must ensure that safety regulations are followed and that all workers are properly protected.
