Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Meeting at the distributor point with the team.
  • Responsible for Manage Distributor, managing claims, order delivery etc.
  • Responsible for Review TSI and set priorities for the day.
  • Responsible for Align and set the target for the team.
  • Responsible for Address and solve issues at distributor point.
  • Responsible fo tracking sales & productivity for the team


Requirements:


  • Should have experience in FMCG industry.
  • Should have good territory knowledge.
  • Should be well versed with GTM processes.
  • Should be flexible to travel
  • Candidate should have worked om DMS.
  • Should have team management & distribution experience.
  • Any Bachelor’s degree+MBA
