Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• You’ll be in the driver’s seat as the leader of amazing team members. 
• At the company, our managers use their valuable skillz and run their very own store. 
• In this role, you’ll oversee the operational plan of your store and team. 
• You’ll also create a customer-focused environment while developing & maintaining a fully-staffed store - all while maximizing your store’s profitability.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience supervising others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, managerial and communication skills.
• Understanding and commitment to our client mission, vision and TCF (Total Customer Focus).
