Responsibilities :
- Act as the ‘go to’ person for Strategy & Program Delivery (S&PD) for the PAE region
- Drive strategy, program architecture, portfolio management and support project delivery at PAE level
- Partner with Commercial and Finance functions to develop and monitor an effective business plan
- Use insights to contribute to build business scenarios.
KEY ACTIVITIES :
Strategy
- Support PAE HoF’s to develop and refine RRP (and CC) commercialization strategy (go-to-market, channel strategy, care, customer marketing, local order fulfilment, EA etc).
- In collaboration with finance ensure that Strategy and Projects/Programs are properly reflected in the financials.
- Be POC (in collaboration with HoF) for deployment of global toolboxes and frameworks across functions.
- Work with functions in delivery of competitive intelligence reporting and insights.
Programme Architecture
- Work with PAE LT to define key programmes and projects to deliver the strategy.
Portfolio Management
- Lead Project Portfolio Management for PAE , facilitating decisions on new project in-take, progress, and prioritization.
- Operate governance meetings – on portfolio optimization, resource allocation and acceleration of key initiatives.
Project execution
- Maintain oversight of projects and support management team in tracking, steering and issue resolution.
- “Roll up sleeves” to support project execution where appropriate
PBO:
- Lead and oversee implementation of PBO in the Region & the markets and ensure adherence to governance.
Business Planning & Support for Strategy Development
- Lead and participate in business discussions with the Management Team
- Translate strategic plan into operational business plan and financial plans which support local market strategy and regional priorities
- Support an integrated business plan connecting all commercial activities - connect the dots enterprise-wide
- Drive conversion of the consumer journey into financials and integrate into business plan • Support the roll out of RRP in Market.
Commercial Finance / scenario modelling
- Partner with commercial teams to define ROI of initiatives and drive/support investment decisions and define metrics and targets
- Provide with decision options to improve business results, based on clear commercial and other functional (e.g. fiscal) drivers
- Contribute to build business/commercial scenario with high level Finance impact including
- Identify trends and patterns to maximize channels ROI, based on data (e.g. ensure optimize channel mixes)
- Contribute to Business Development activities where required.
Requirements :
- Strong business acumen, analytical and deductive reasoning skills
- Experience using Project and Portfolio Management methodologies
- Experience managing concurrent projects and performing business analysis
- Highly collaborative -establishes collaborative and trusting relationships with the business’s key leaders and stakeholders
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in business
- 14-16 years of experience with at least 8+ in senior roles leading cross functional projects in a transformational environment
