Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute Demand Planning Cycle routines for countries in ASEAN trading business. 
• Manage ordering process for ASEAN trading business
• Ensure operations is managed in a cost-efficient way
• Engage the team members 
• Report performance
• Demand Planning Cycle
• Review and prepare rolling forecast for affiliates
• Coordinate meetings with sales to review distributors stock coverage and sales projection
• Order Process 
• Organize, review and input all orders from affiliates in system 
• Provide reports on order status 
• Follow up production and delivery schedule 
• Prepare, review and send relevant documentation for order clearance for import business 
• Cost Management
• Manage SC Losses results to assure minimum impact
• Operate orders following our policy in a cost-efficient way
• Engage team
• Engage with subordinates and motivate to improve performance
• Review subordinate’s performance and provide regular feedback, following routines and formats
• Reporting 
• Prepare visibility on order progress and delivery, as well as performance, following company KPIs 
• Provide necessary report to comply with Global Company Policies 

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering or related
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum
• 5 years’ minimum of Supply chain planning
• Analytical & Demand Planning 
• Excellent communication & presentation skills 
• Proven track record of success 
• Very Good in English proficiency 
• Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership.
