Supply Chain Specialist

These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.

Responsibilities:

Demand and Supply Planning Cycle:

• Review & prepare rolling forecast for affiliates 
• Coordinate meetings with sales to review distributors stock coverage and sales projection 

Order Process:

• Organize, review and input all orders from affiliates in system
• Provide reports on order status
• Follow up production and delivery schedule 
• Prepare, review and send relevant documentation for order clearance for import business

Cost Management:

• Manage SC Losses results to assure minimum impact
• Operate orders following our policy in a cost-efficient way (Manage VLC cost impacts)

Reporting:

• Prepare visibility on orders progress and delivery, as well as performance, following KHC KPIs
• Provide necessary reports to comply with Global KHC policies

Requirements:

• Processing orders in the system.
• Providing documents to customers.
• Customer Service: Handle customer service inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Order management: Manage orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
• Documentation and Invoice: Maintain accurate documentation and invoicing records to support the supply chain process.
• Claims management.
• 3+ years minimum of Supply chain planning
• Analytical & Demand Planning 
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
