Role Description:
- Support Engineer (gn) Microsoft Sharepoint
- Full-time, permanent, Location: Nationwide at one of our locations or remote
Responsibilities:
- You respond to acute incidents in complex IT environments of our business customers in 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Based on your experience and technical expertise, you and your team develop solution proposals.
- You independently contact the customer and accompany him until the problem is solved.
- If necessary, you involve the manufacturer and coordinate the further coordination.
- You document your work in the ITIL-compliant ticket system.
- You work flexibly (in coordination with your colleagues) between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- Outside this time you are on call (maximum 1 week per month).
- You will regularly develop your personal and technical skills.
Requirements:
Experience in one or more of these areas is desirable:
- SharePoint 2013, 2016 or 2019, preferably also Office 365.
- Experience of the components and services within SharePoint farms.
- Configuring and controlling SharePoint using PowerShell.
- Deployment of SharePoint farms.
- Error analysis and performance optimisation of SharePoint farms.
- Ideally knowledge of relevant third-party systems such as Active (Azure) Directory, SQL Server and System Center Operations Manager.

- You know processes and procedures within matrix organisations.
- You speak and write business fluent German and English.
