Job Description:

• Additionally, focusing on digitalization, risk management, and stakeholder engagement ensures alignment with broader business objectives, driving competitive advantage and long-term organizational growth.
• As a Tactical Buyer, your focus will lie on the sourcing of materials, goods, and services for the Wind Business Area and all indirect materials, goods, and services across the organization.
• You will work closely with procurement colleagues and business stakeholders to secure competitive quotes and select the offer with the best total-value proposition.
• The role involves managing both project-based demands and operational needs for production sites.
• Key stakeholders include Business requisitioners within the Wind Business
• Area and various Staff Functions such as Facility Management, Corporate Security, People and Culture, and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of materials, goods, and services through competitive processes, ensuring optimal value for money.
• Collaborate with business units to develop tender documentation and meet direct and indirect material and service requirements.
• Research relevant markets to identify potential suppliers and ensure an optimal supplier base.
• Act as a point of contact and trusted partner for business requisitioners, aligning procurement activities with stakeholder needs.
• Ensure compliance throughout the procurement process while driving continuous improvements.
• Independently execute RFQ (Requests for Quotation) and RFP (Requests for Proposal) procedures.
• Conduct market research, evaluate quotations, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Collaborate with the Legal department to draft and finalize contracts in compliance with internal regulations.
• Support colleagues during peak times and work on cross-team initiatives to strengthen the procurement function.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a procurement or tactical buyer role.
• Strong proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.
• Educational background in MBO-4 with a Nevi education or similar, preferably in technical or business administration fields.
• Traits: energetic, empathetic, responsive, committed, and professional with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work across multiple business functions and foster a collaborative environment.
• Interest in technology, innovation, sustainability, and digitalization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (MM module) or willingness to learn
