Job description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Head of HR to design a talent acquisition strategy and employer brand that will help attract required strong talents for the organization
- Manage and motivate team of recruiters. Providing strong and responsible vision on TA activities
- Represent the company in various forums, professional organization, educational institutions and government agencies to improve our employer branding in Singapore and APAC countries where we are looking to scale our presence
- Work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand the hiring requirements, source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platforms, and build a strong pipeline of talents across various domains in IT Services industry
- Manage salary negotiations
- Work close with Talent Planning and Deployment team to manage hiring demands and successful fulfilment of open roles as per defined processes and SLAs
- Manage recruitment agencies, contractors, and ensure profile life cycle management
- Manage subcontractor agencies
- Ensure TA process compliance to defined processes and perform audit management
Day to day operations:
- Manage and motivate team of recruiters. Providing strong and responsible vision on TA activities.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platforms
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programmes for effective recruitment.
- Partner with the business to understand business structures, priorities and dynamics to develop a strategic sourcing plan to acquire talents to meet business needs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which include the sourcing of candidates, facilitation of interviews, conducting interview with Hiring Managers, preparation of salary proposal and offer letter, making job offer to candidates and as well as administering the contract signing for offered candidates
- Build and maintain a passive pool of strong candidates by constantly looking and tapping on various source of recruitment channels
- Constantly engage key stakeholders to ensure that recruitment KPIs are delivered promptly and efficiently
- Manage the various social medial platform and sites to attract and hire talents
- Review, design and drive the recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes that support a positive candidate experience
- Liaise with different vendors and brief them the requirements, follow-up to ensure proper profiles are gathered for suitable requirements and manage day to day interactions
Requirements:
- 8+ years of in-house talent acquisition and recruitment experience in preferably IT/Engineering related positions
- Experience in handling a team
- Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge of market trends in Singapore and APAC, time management, organizing skills, influencing skills
